Front desk staff rude and not truthful

Front desk staff rude and not truthful. They said VSP was in network and they were not. My insurance was charged out of network fees along with 50 Dollar Eye Guy overcharging me. My prescription was wrong and had to return multiple times with going through very rude staff. Finally, script was corrected, however because benefits were maxed out with out of network fees, I now have to pay my contacts in full. Please do not waste your time and money with this crooked establishment.
