This review is for their website purchases only. Do not purchase merchandise on their website. I purchased a (not inexpensive) skin care set and a month later still hadn’t had an update on shipping. I emailed their contact email with no response. Two weeks after that, I called and left a message. No response. I tried going on their instagram account but they don’t accept messages and have comments off. I ended up having to do a chargeback for the amount. I have no experience with their in-person services but I do not recommend buying things off their website.
