I contacted Capital Remodeling to request an estimate for a bathroom remodel

I contacted Capital Remodeling to request an estimate for a bathroom remodel. I called on Friday and got an appointment for Monday. They told me they needed to call me back to confirm the appointment, which happened with another phone call later on Friday. All set, right? Nope.

On Sunday, they called me 5 times (and sent 2 emails) saying that they needed to talk to me again to confirm the appointment. (Reminder, we confirmed already on Friday with that second call.) I was out all day Sunday and could not pick up in the moment, but let's set some expectations here.

Five calls? To confirm an appointment we already confirmed? One call, I completely understand, but five?! On top of two emails.

This is borderline harassment and definitely not the way to get my business. No other contractor I have ever worked with has behaved like this. I replied to one of the emails to cancel my appointment and blocked their number.

--- Update: I went through my call history and I was mistaken about the number of times they called on Sunday. It was not 5; it was 6.

And they also called 4 times today – twice from a new number since I blocked their first one.

Reminder: This is *after* I already requested to cancel my appointment.
