It’s unfortunate that I have to write a poor review after being satisfied with the original job. Santos USA does NOT BACK their work when something goes wrong. I have ask for Santos to come and fix broken pavers that they put along the edge of our patio. The original pavers had a crack through it but they installed them that way, so I assumed it would be fine. Well it wasn’t (pictured below). My problem is with Junior, who kept telling me he would be by to have them fixed. This went on for one month! Thankfully I have the absolute best Builder who has sent one of his guys to fix the poor work done by Santos Construction company. Go ahead and hire Santos to do your pavers but be aware if anything goes wrong (even if it’s only 2 pavers) they will promise to come and NEVER SHOW UP. It’s Pathetic! Btw this patio was done only one year ago.
