This review is purely for the admin. No complaints regarding Bryan's training. It has been a total nightmare regarding to stop the recurring charges when I told Bryan well in advance VIA WRITTEN text that my mother would be stopping her training as she is traveling again beginning of the following month. Bryan agreed /acknowledged VIA TEXT and told me that I should not be getting those charges and will look into it. Month after month it continues. Now, there are crickets from the management and from Bryan's side. No replies to multiple text messages anymore or a call back after leaving a voicemail. Pls pls make it easy! I only wanted to gift my mom a path to better health and not get warped into this.
