Carmen Murillo-Williams was the listing agent for the property hunting renting during my transfer to US . Unfortunately, her poor involvement made the experience very difficult. Her consistent lack of communication was unprofessional, causing significant stress during the hunting process. She send another agent to the hunting process and looks like "new" in this process. When we finally(after a lot os push to them) signed our lease agreement, she sent her commission first to all. At the end she never appears, either during the hunting process or after the lease was signed, very bad experience.
