If you love your fur baby please go else where! They literally killed our dog and didn’t show us the complete video. When I called to discuss what happened Christine asked me “why are you calling if this didn’t happen this week” regardless if it happened a week ago or 3 months ago she should give the family answers! I first called and she couldn’t find our file and told me no dogs have died here recently. I told her okay let me call eb vet and see who brought the dog in and magically she remembered all the details from the incident. She had zero compassion when speaking to me and stated that I could not watch the complete video because it’s deleted after 7 days. The video my family saw was her walking around on the floor but according to Christine the dog died on the table… how does that make any sense. we took our dog in for grooming and left with a 300 plus dollar cremation bill.

It’s also very convenient that all of a sudden since we spoke to her she now has 5 star reviews the same days we put up our reviews. The fake reviews for business rating doesn’t deleted the fact that your facility has killed our dog and Injured many other dogs. shame On you with your fake reviews to cover up the truth!

If you love your fur baby PLEASE go else where. Go to a facility that treats your baby like their own. A facility that’s owned by a person with compassion. A place where they aren’t rude because you are asking questions about what happened. when she got nasty and defensive bc I simply asked “what happened that day” was enough for me to know the type of person she was. Please be careful when going there to get your baby groomed. This time it was us but next time it could be you.
