Sohail quoted me over 3 times the going rate to assess whether a wall was load bearing and then proceeded to suggest a RSJ, pillar and lintel for a wall which I have since had assessed as non load bearing. If I had followed his recommendations it would have cost me at least £4000 to remove this wall instead of the £500 that it's cost me to get a certificate of non load bearing and do it myself.
