Please DO NOT call this service

Please DO NOT call this service. I had my mailbox lock replaced in May, which this is one of the pictures on this site. The key will not fit in the lock…it was hard to turn at first and now it does not work at all. I called to ask if he could come look at it and he REFUSED. He tried to say that someone put something in the lock and it was months ago. I asked again could you please come look at it. Again he REFUSED the hung up on me. I paid this man 220.00 for this service. DO NOT TRUST A WORD HE SAYS!!!
