Time of arrival was 2pm and I received the call at 12:47pm

Time of arrival was 2pm and I received the call at 12:47pm. I understand things happen but to not call and give an update as a business doesn’t look good especially with the heat wave. The professionalism wasn't great, never got the guys name that came out. I was shown a key with remote start and I mentioned that my key didn't have it, but to tell a customer it doesn't matter and then show another key later that was the exact key but not give it was upsetting. I feel like the service price was too much for the service received. Ended up with two keys because the key with the remote start didn't program correctly was never told that there was a possibility that the key couldnt be programmed. The gentleman wasn't friendly until service was payed for. Ended up with my engine light on so I called to let the gentleman know and he denied that programing the key had anything to do with the light being on. Upon doing my own research it is the exact reason why my light is on. It didn’t take long but for the price and the issues I could’ve had my car told and paid the same price at the dealership it just wouldve took an extra day.
