I’m giving one star because Google shows that this place is open on Saturday. I called the number listed, and they also confirmed it was open. I had everything ready: the oil (Mobil 5W-20, a top-quality oil that I always use for my car), the filter, and everything needed for the oil change. I always buy the best quality oil and the correct type for my vehicle because, usually, shops don’t put in the right oil or the best quality.

I never asked for prices; I only asked if they were open, without imposing any pricing for the service. However, when I arrived, despite having brought top-quality oil, they told me they were closed and could only perform the service on Monday. My sole concern was ensuring my car received the best oil, regardless of the cost.

I went out of my way to come to this location based on the information on Google and the confirmation over the phone, wasting my time and money. That’s the only reason I’m leaving this one-star review.
