Very disappointing, after spending a considerable amount of money over the last 5 months my initial $100 deposit was taken after I wished to rebook 2 days later. Did this in person as well and was offended when they would not show any customer loyalty at all. Understand I've been seeing them twice a month for almost 6 months. Disappointed and will never return
