I had hired Tri Marketing Solutions back in 2021 to put up door knockers for me in my area. We had confirmed the zip codes that they would be distributed to. I paid $5,500 for this service. When the day came for it to be done, the person that showed up had no idea which zip codes to go to. I dealt with Edward but I’m not sure if he’s still there anymore. After this happened I asked for the money back and I was told I would get a refund. I was well within their refund parameters. Edward stopped responding to me via phone and through email. This was very unfortunate. I tried until the end of 2022 to get my money back and never got a response to any more of my emails or to the phone calls I made.

Hopefully people can read this review and learn from my mistake. I do hope they see this review and try to correct their mistake and how poorly they handled my situation. If it does get corrected, I will gladly come back to this review and edit it.
