My server did not understand the names of the Cuban dishes

My server did not understand the names of the Cuban dishes. When asking for an item a simple yes or no question all she did was point at the menu. Asked another question that was a yes or no she would just point at the menu. That's it JUST POINT not saying s single word. Also the music playing was pretty loud inside. Not to mention i already had tried to place my order with her and was ignored the first time. But when the waitress finally came over again (was just looking at the server with the menu down at the time) she couldn't understand me. She should have basic English skills because the location was not in Miami. Although what items they did have were ok I will not stop there again when traveling through that area. Sorry not an enjoyable experience.
