Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. First of all, the customer service over the phone was extremely rude and sounded annoyed the entire time. Even though she was unpleasant, we still decided to move forward because she wasn’t going to be the one doing the actual job. We specifically asked how we would be notified when the technician arrived since this is a 2-family house. She clearly told us the technician would call before arriving. Instead, we got a call from our tenant saying the plumber was already there and wanted to speak with us. He never called beforehand and had already entered the property to look at the job. When we asked him why he didn’t call, he said the office was supposed to do that. We explained that the office told us HE would call, and he immediately became rude and said, “So what difference does it make?” It makes a huge difference when someone enters your property without notifying you first. He then got upset, slammed the door, and left. We called the office to explain what happened, and after putting us on hold, the woman came back and said, “The technician doesn’t want to do the job anymore, and I DON’T BLAME HIM,” before hanging up on us. Completely unprofessional experience from beginning to end. We also made the mistake of not checking their reviews beforehand. If you are reading this review before hiring them, take it as a warning — STAY AWAY.
