I stopped in Firestone to drop off my personal car. Then waited for my wife to bring our granddaughter to this karate school. While sitting outside for approximately 2 minutes waiting for my wife to pull up. Mr. Klotz approached me after getting off of a very heated conversation on his cell phone. He looked at me and said you have to move you can't sit here go back up to Firestone, you don't belong in front of my business. Immediately I knew I was never going to have my granddaughter have anything to do with the owner of this company and his program. Don't just judge a book by its cover wait for it to open its mouth to really see who you're really dealing with. So glad that I met you Mr. Klotz.
