Had a horrible experience with Home concept custom remodeling I booked an appointment at a booth they had at the Arizona home show they were scheduled to come and give me an estimate when they never contacted me and confirming my appointment the day of I called to see what was going on. They hadn’t booked me all that time wasted what a disappointment. Just imagine if they had a job in your home and they didn’t finish the job when you book an appointment you make a commitment with a company. They failed. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t use them even if they were the last hour company in the state of Arizona.
