Justin Heideman is unethical

Justin Heideman is unethical. He reviewed my case and I interviewed him then he assigned my case to his junior attorney who wasn’t able to make the right judgment call and continued to delay my case. He never showed up in court on my behalf and what he promised was far from what the junior attorney mentioned so I felt trapped and discussed it with him that he is being unfair and abusive. He chose to drop my case three days before the discovery deadline, two weeks before my brain surgery and his accountant bluntly told me that he doesn’t want to refund me on my terms. They are still unresponsive. I would strongly recommend you not to work with him. Don’t be fooled.
