We waited to hear from anyone to confirm the time and date- no confirmation was set. Our service appt. had a window from 10 am- 1pm. Again, no word from technicians or receptionist if they were coming or running late- At 1:45- a technician called and said they were running late all day- and will be at the house in an hour! We cancelled- will schedule with a more reliable company.
