ALL TALK AND NO BITE/ACTION

I orginally posted the review as "Alucard Tepes", being if they had my real name, they would try and make some excuse, but now having attempted to do what owner said, and been met with "radio silence", i want to post again to follow up with my real name.

Ever since i asked to have blend door actuators replaced (which is common issue on my car)my HVAC on my car as been more screwed up than ever since they worked on it, and i asked them to look at 2 other issues they did not fix and ignored. Owner posted a reply to my review to contact them to correct the situation, WELL HERES THE FOLLOW UP!!!

I sent an email directly to their email address that was used to correspond with

NOTHING

I submitted the contact form on their website to contact me

NOTHING

I tried to call and leave messages multiple days for the owner

THEIR MAILBOX IS FULL AND CANNOT ACCEPT MESSAGES!

Bottom line, my HVAC is totally screwed up, other 2 issues ignored, ive tried contacting them multiple times, and its been a whole week, and NOTHING.

And too boot, im STILL MAKING PAYMENTS on the $1500 I had to pay. I want to demand a refund at this point or file complaints with agencies.
