Despite the bumper sticker on the service manager’s desk reminding me to practice “Positivity”, it’s difficult to feel that way when you’re being ridiculous ripped off. The “free vehicle inspection” is anything but free when you’re charging customers over $400 to replace spark plugs (@$30 per plug)! Also, you quoted me over a $150 for an engine degrease, which doesn’t fix anything that is wrong, simply allows you to “see” the problem ? The problem I see is that you won’t be getting my business in the future. Sorry I had to learn the hard way….perhaps this review will prevent others from doing the same.
